2. Read labels because you must be precise about your food intake and ensure your food plan matches exactly with what you’re consuming or how in the world can you help yourself?
3. Get your body fat measured and plan to lose 1% of it each week.
4. Tweak, re-evaluate and re-tweak. If you’re not losing, tweak ONE variable for the following week while keeping everything else standardized. Re-evaluate your progress and continue this feed back loop each week.
5. When tweaking a variable in your training, make small changes instead of big ones. For example, add one extra 45-minute cardio session next week if you plateaued, not 3 extra cardio sessions. If you’re doing 2 interval workouts, add a third.

7 Tricks To Your Best Workout EVER
I can’t count how many emails I get that look like this:
“Vince, I have a hard time staying motivated while I work out in the gym. I can’t seem to stay focused and often feel like I’m wasting my time and not getting the best workout in. Is there a supplement I should be taking or do you have any advice to fix this”
I understand how frustrating it can be to feel like you’re spending time in the gym, instead of investing time in the gym. It’s a deflating feeling and can leave you with that depressing lump in your throat.
I have gone through short-term slumps where I just can’t get into it and it’s a crappy feeling especially when you’re not looking or feeling your best.
Here are some tips on how to crash through these quitting points!
1. Buddy Up.
Schedule your workouts with a workout partner who has similar goals as yourself and who inspires you and motivates you to work harder. A good workout partner will push you slightly beyond your limits and keep the flow of the workout going by avoiding chitter-chatter. The best workout partners can give you feedback on your technique, arrive to the gym on time and ensure you give each set 100% effort.
2. Treat Yourself To an Ipod.
If you alrready have an iPod, stock up on some brand new music that gets you fired up. I’m not afraid to admit that I might be too reliant on my own iPod but I don’t mind because it ensures I get an intense workout each time. Music gets you into a rythym and flow earlier on to carry you to the end of your workout. Popping on some ear phones also tells other members to leave you alone and blocks out back ground noise that can be distracting.

The End Of A Classic
It’s a bit of a sad day.
I just found out that one of the best fitness role modeling books is being taken off the shelf for good.
Total Body Makeover from Lewis Wolk and the crew at A to Z Fitness is being retired — permanently removed from distribution early next week. In 2 days.
The reason? Lew and Sarah want to focus their energies on testing, reporting and then sharing with others what works in the fitness world.
This means they will not have the time to support their own material.

Does Vince Make The 200 MPH Club?
Sunday April 6th
It’s 6:00 am and I respond to the third snooze alarm from my Black Berry Bold. Even though it’s Sunday morning and I was out past midnight taking in the sights on Ocean Drive in South Beach, I feel wired and electrified knowing that “today is the day.” The sun is supposed to be hot in the Everglades, so I remove my black shirt and go with white to give my skin a chance.
I m with the Maverick Business Adventures, a group of successful entrepreneurs (I m the baby of the group) who condense business and adventure into mini-trips throughout the year. Our first day consists of a unique adventure experience and our second day consist of business sessions.
Today is Fear Factor live…
I scarf down a chocolate croissant and am reminded by how intense my hunger is when I wake up at 6 am instead of 8 am. My adrenaline is pumping so I won’t be needing any caffeine this morning. I have never been really much of a “car guy” but I know that dozens of my friends would kill for this opportunity so I plan on enjoying every moment.

1. Why Do You Only Have 480 Copies?
The minimum requirement from my fulfillment house was 500. I gave 20 copies away to some of the world’s top fitness guru’s to review in exchange for their help to get the word out about my system. If you hear from anyone other than myself next week it means they liked it and it got the thumbs up.

Survivors Video Response After Training With Vince
How in the world am I supposed to sort out a winner from those 140+ entries submitted yesterday? I should have hired a panel of judges!
Before I award the winner a copy of my highly-anticipated No-Nonsense DVD Series, I am super excited about this BRAND NEW footage one of the survivors of my hotel body weight workout sent me in the mail.
Last December, I attended a “Advanced Learning” workshop at the Sheraton in L.A. and was asked by the host to provide workouts by the pool each morning. Of course I agreed and on the last day one of the attendees suggested we film the workout so we did.
I should mention this was just a BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT out by a pool with no machines, medicine balls, bands, kettlebells or none of my advanced stuff.
It was hilarious… After the workout, I had a line up of survivors telling me they wanted to give me a testimony because I guess the workout wasn’t like anything they had ever done before. Even one of the trainers was stunned.
The workout we did that day is not available until Tuesday April 7th during the pre-sale of the No-Nonsense DVD Series. It will be a bonus gift included.
