Bicep Tricep Arm Workout
So, this Friday night, I’ll be up on stage competing against many of the world’s top male fitness models and muscle models!

With (almost 3 hours of training a day), I’m spending quite a bit of time at my computer relaxing and lots of time in my kitchen preparing food and washing dishes and thought I would take a quick break and mess around with Ryan Lee’s http://www.UltimateVirtualTrainer.com that allows you to make your own workouts.
Here is “arm and core” workout I through together:
Combo #1 -
Alternating DB Bicep Curls 5 sets of 6-8 reps
Close Grip Stability Ball Push Ups 5 sets of 6-8 reps
Chopper Sit Ups 4 sets of 15-25 reps
Combo #2
Concentration Curl On Ball 5 sets of 8-10 reps
1 Arm Overhead DB Tri Extension On Ball 5 sets of 8-10 reps
Ab Rollouts With Ball 4 15-25p
Combo #3
1 Arm Preacher Curls 4 sets of 10-12 reps
1 Arm Reverse Grip Pressdowns 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Alternating DB Plank Pull Ins 3 sets of 15-25 reps
Combo #4
1 Arm Incline Hammer Curls 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Overhead Tricep Rope Extension 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Standing Cable Rotational Crunches 3 sets of 12-15 reps

One of my secrets for getting ready for this show in a VERY short period of time is “keeping the program alive” and not being a “slave” to the program details.
