I started around 210 pounds and over 16% fat and I’m around 201 pounds today and no idea of my body fat (I think 8-9% now). I’m using the mirror strictly for my monitoring.
I’ll be competing in 3 categories:
1) Muscle Model – smaller than a bodybuilder physique but bigger than a male fitness model
2) Male Fitness Model – Men’s Health cover look
3) Bikini Model – no idea what the look is for this category but I’m guessing it’s a combination of your overall look favoring lean versus bulk.
Feel free to leave your comments and offer any tips or advice (feel free to be brutally honest… I can take it :) )on my physique.
On June 23rd, I’ll be revealing the entire Six Pack Muscle Building System I used to train, diet, supplement and live and how you can get your own 6 pack in 6 months too!

First off, your symmetry is amazing! The only thing that I would work on is your biceps. If you can squeeze that extra inch out of that em you’ll be a shoe in.

“just an extra inch”, anon? people sweat for months for an extra inch…BR/BR/Great work, Vince! however, your numbers are amazing: you went down to single-digit fat% in 6 weeks, while gaining 7 pounds of lean muscles in that time.

You guys are hilarious… I love everyone of your comments! I have no idea what’s going on with my hair…LOL A few years ago, during my “gino days” I could have given you a better answer…LOLBR/BR/Physically, this is BY FAR the hardest I’ve trained in years. My fitness, conditioning and strength are at all time highs. I’m training WAY more then I teach in my muscle course but will show you the EXACT workouts (on video) I used to get ready for this show when I launch the Six Pack site (week of June 23rd). BR/BR/I can’t wait to share this new program with you guys and I want to thank you ALL for your support… keep training like you mean it!

How much more are you going to be able to cut bud? I think if your legs keep that “soft” bulky look to them then you won’t be getting category 3. Haha, you might end up being too big and showing up everybody : ) Good luck man.

still, gaining 7 pounds of pure muscle, in 45 days, while dropping to 8% bodyfat puts you firmly in the “extremely gifted” category. Well done, at any rate. I’m sure it took lots and lots of hard work.

Good job so far, huge difference etc..BR/BR/but one question.BR/BR/Your at around 8 % body fat, but how come your lower abs aren’t visible? On your website however all 8 are visible????

Someone told me I’m probably closer to 10%… by stage time I’ll be around 7%… the winner will probably be around 4% with the same mass as me… will be VERY interesting. BR/BR/Not sure what is going on with my legs… probably too much volume on them from double day cardio plus heavy weights on them every few days… I’m sure they’ll cut up with some rest before the show. BR/BR/Can’t wait to show you guys the video footage and pics from the show!!!BR/BR/I have a camera crew and video crew so I’ll be milking this thing for all it’s worth and packing lots of inspirational footage and interviews.
