“I was tired and sick of being called skinny, so I decided to take up weights and get a muscular body.
Not an easy task at all when the world looks at you and criticizes about your body (negatively).
When I started bodybuilding I knew nothing, literally, I would do the dumbest things, like train 3 times a day.
But it takes a lot of knowledge to get anywhere in bodybuilding and Vince has got a sh** load of info. I no longer shake when I train and can barbell shoulder press 140 lbs with strict form now.
Over the past year and a few months I’ve gained 45 lbs of lean muscle and I’m sure I’ll double it in years to come.”

What do you say to that? Jay is a man of action. He emails me once or twice a year and every time he does, he has attached a new picture of himself. That’s what I call a man who takes action!

hi, thanks for reply. i am currently doing weights at home but not really heavy as i am brittle and weak
but i do 100 sit ups 100 pressups nearly everynight and im currently taking a protein shake which dont seem 2 have much effect

hi, i am 16 and i have been so deppressed with my weight as weigh around 8 and a half stone, if i go any less will i become anorexic… which i really….dont want, i just need help 2 put on weight and bodymuscle/mass can anyone please help me ?

I am also 16 years old. i want to gain muscle and i want to most of it as i can at home. when i go to the gym, i dont know weather to do lightweights and rep them out or heavyweights. Help me out please and mail me. Thankyou
This is a great story Vince.BR/By the way, what would you say is the minimum age to start working out?BR/BR/I have this idea that the younger you are, the more you limit your growth… but then again, that’s something my mom ingrained in my head and could be one of these wacky myths.
