Am I right or wrong? Men are obsessed with sex and looking good to women.
A recent study I read said that sex was central to a man’s happiness.
Money came a close second, but sexual activity was the strongest predictor of happiness – the more sex, the greater the happiness.
I have noticed that many successful men are extremely methodical about their careers and personal finances but not so much “on the ball” when it comes to improving their sexual attractiveness to women.
I think men have a general idea, like we discovered in the last post, but not as sure as they would prefer.
We know that women like fit and athletic-looking men and shun guys “too big” or who are fat slobs, but that’s about it. I’ve seen some pretty attractive women with guys who look like skinny marathon runners and others with guys who would be classified in the “Mr Olympia” category.
As I shared in my last post, I believe men need at least 20-30 pounds of new muscle mass to attract women.
But in reality, we don’t know 100%.
Until today… we are bridging the gap.
Build a Body Women Want
I typically don’t read a lot of research because of scientists stir up images of dweeby guys who have no interest in ladies or have much game. However they do know what women want from recent scientific studies that revealed every detail of the female ideal for personality, muscularity, body fat and somatotype.
Use this info to increase your odds with driving your significant other crazy or finding “the one.”
Here we go…
A woman is more inclined to be sexual with a man who is easy on her eyes. She wants someone who is attractive on her body and from across the room.
She enjoys showing off her super-stud partner to her friends, who will agree that she’s found ‘a catch.’
I can vouch. One of the first questions my girlfriends friends asked her when she said she met me was, “Is he hot?”
I take pride in knowing my girlfriend can answer that question with pride 🙂
Today’s women like the status that goes with having a lean, fit, successful-looking man on her arm. Athletic, strong men portray the image of success that women want.
I’m not a “pick-up artist” or going to coach you on how to approach a women but I can help you how to build a body that will make you more attractive with a killer body training less than 3 hours per week in my book No Nonsense Muscle Building.
Surprisingly the results from the studies were extremely similar, all around the world.
“V-tapered” torsos, broad shoulders and narrow waists were the primary preference by women.
Skinny guys and overweight guys were not favored by the majority of women.
This was proved by a study on females in New Zealand and California. Athletic and muscular men are always chosen over skinny and overweight men. Even a study from Cameroon and China showed they would go for muscular men instead of skinny and overweight men.
So it’s safe to say that a strong, athletic and muscular body will make you successful with the ladies whether you’re in New York City, Iceland or the Jungles of Borneo.
Women are most attracted to guys with broad and round shoulders. They want men with a larger chest and arms than normal, but not excessively large. You need tight and toned biceps and triceps but don’t worry about 22-inch guns that make your shirts rip. Massive arms are not as important as proportion.
Likewise, defined and tigh pecs are definitely going to score you extra points, a chest so massive that you have stretch marks will turn women off.
The “V-taper” is a must. Women love a physique that starts with broad shoulders and ends with a narrow waist. Developing large lats is the key to the taper look. The lats give fullness to the back and make you stand out in a crowd.
A narrow waist will drive girls crazy, especially “those lines” around the hips that require a super leanness. A fat gut is the kiss of death so don’t think your lady doesn’t mind just because all of your buddies have one.
Building and keeping a flat and firm midsection is not easy to do since males accumulate their fat over the abdominals. It’s important you train them with weighted exercises for thickness but eat clean to minimize fat the fat.
