I don’t think I’m in a position to make a comment yet as the issue is not with your programme but with me. I’m not looking for excuses. I need to sort out my issues, training time, working time as I’m working from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm daily. Once I get a little consistency in training I would get back to you.
Thanks Vince for concern. And I have the commitment to improve myself.

Hi Vince – I have a copy of the daily meals planner and it rocks! I especially like the fact that you give several alternatives and different foods that can be substituted to meet the amount of protein needed. Your videos on youtube are awesome. I check them out constantly for new workouts and techniques.
Thanks for all that you do…

Q5. best programme ive seen and the overall price is crazy low. pages and pages of info- ive read for hours about nutrition, what to eat and when . the info on crash and giants sets is awesome. ive put on 2 kg in the last 18months, since starting this programme ive put on 1.5 kg in 3.5 weeks. The exercise demonstrator is clear and simple to use, so you know how to do the exercises. Mailing any questions is a great service , the mails are always answered.
Q6 to improve it – i think the training/routine part of no-nonsense muscle building book could be maybe rewritten – some things seemed hard to understand and contradict- but from overall content and value for money grade A.
Q7 why i joined- new info from a guy whos done it all and also the offer of free e-mail service. the meal plans are also a great help.

1. Swimming: for shedding and/or bulking
2. Eating enough calories – I often feel extremely bloated when trying to get 3000+ calories.
3. Joel Marion’s Body Transformation, Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulance Training, & Lee Haywards youtube channel
4. I used to have no idea what I was doing when I first started “working out”: I would workout 3 or 4 times a day, doing hundreds of crunches, pushups, and doing countless curls with extremely light weights. At the time, I was 14 and 7 moths old, 5 foot 5 in. and weighed 104 lbs, with a BF% of around 15. Now, 6 months later, I am 135 lbs and around 9% BF. I feel a lot better about myself, and girls seem to like the way I look a lot too. ![]()
5. Brilliant.
6. Although I now have access to a good gym, I used to only have access to a pretty crap one – no barbells, and dumbbells no heavier that 20lbs. There could have been more about bodyweight training, or with limited equipment (like your Vegas workout videos).
7. To feel better about my body, and improve athletic performance.

hello i am baharudeen ,CFT(issa)now i am need to work out weekly 6days 1day off curent nutresion daily 2000calory
September 23, 2009
OK I am working on a 6 pack. I found a book thats helping me(gut buster by Joyce Vedral). You don’t need a lot of muscle to work on your tummy. ie you don’t have to be a body builder. You do need to excercise your tummy in a stairways manner. Start small and increase always over time. I do 7 different tummy excercises. Crunches(lower&upper), leg raises, side crunches, leg ups from a chair, V ups and serratus pull. Start with 1 rep 3 sets one week, 2 the next etc. You probably don’t need to do this more than 3 times a week. You must couple this with a weight loss diet, eg cut out fat, or fast 2 days a week etc.

I am interested in learning nutrition to bulk up, there are many conflicting reports as to non-drug bulking methods. I like your format, but was interested in why we eat before and after workouts if the body builds muscle when we sleep. I understand the reason, but it isn’t covered. I am doing core strengthening right now and can’t afford a gym membership or weights so I need body-weight exercises that will work until I can get my body-age back to something below 30 instead of the 57 that it really is. I haven’t bought the training kit due to lack of money, but I have taken your nutrition tips to heart and found that doing 4000 calories isn’t that easy, but it is doable. Your training uses weights and gyms and that will be left for later. I don’t look at success stories, because they mean nothing to me. I don’t know them and these are advertisements. I don’t know their genetics, but I know mine. I looked at your site and you seem to be the same story that I tell. Now I get you handing off to this site or that site which also want monies to tell me stuff that “you should already know”. This is normal, but appears to be just a web-ring of advertising. I realize this is about money more than helping your fellow man, I am not really all that naive. I go to a lot of sites about body-building, etc and try to get a concensus of what works and what doesn’t, that is what got me to your site. Your site seems to have information that meets most of the concensus of how to do it right without advertising for your brand of body-building supplements or your brand of specialized weight training equipment or t-shirts or mugs or whatever. If I pay for a training program anytime soon – it will be yours.

its hamza from syria , now these are my answers
1- i interested in 6 pack abs workouts and about nutrition i have read much and much about it , from u , mike geary , books…. but i think i need to know what sho i eat directly after the training ( i mean the best things )
2- in my training its that sometimes i do my best but also i dont feel that my muscle is pumping as it should be , maybe the problem is about concentrating , and about nutrition , just that it need much money to eat every 3 hours a protein or carbs …
3- Leehayward , iwantsixpackabs , truthaboutabs and highlifeworkout(high life… its for Brandon Carter and i want his body)
4- i want to say that every time i read articles for u or for others or see new videos i get motivated , so i had it a way to motivate me whenever i lose my motivation
5- look honestly not every thing u sent was much interested ( they werent that clear) but i liked your 41 tips
they were terrific because they are simple and effective
6-give us goals to achieve every week for example

Hey vince i am using ur book nnb and the results are great… the biggest challenge for me is nutrition as i am a vegetarian and often find it diff to understand wt to eat and wt not… your book was trully a blessing as it gave the right information and is really helpful….would be great if you could add a few more lessons on the abs part of it in nnb or if u could come out with a integrated plan of both nnb and ysq… i am sure u are making a difference in many lives just like you did in mine…. thanks a ton… keep going u are truly doing a great job…

2. My biggest obstacle is that I can’t put a lot of muscle on me and my arms are growing very slowly
5. This helped me a lot (motivation, tips and tricks)
6.You could just tell us what it says in your book for having free succes in bodybuilding

i like your programs find hard to keep up but save your emails i work out at home .iam a single dad and work long hours ,ihave just bought a kettle ball carnt wait to start that training .i try to get into the gym at least 3 times a week i love it cheers and thanks

1. My interests are building more muscle and getting rid of my pot belly. Nutritionally: I would like to learn more about substitutes for protein powders, since I am allergic to wheat, milk and egg yolks.
2. Muscle building obstacle: Definitley preparing meals to take to work every day and shopping for the right foods (even with the shopping lists provided beforehand – it’s a lot of work).
3. I’m only using your website right now and your videos on youtube.
4. The regular emails and the videos on youtube keep me motivated and give me that extra push to get me to the gym.
5.Your “No-nonsense Muscle Building” e-book was a really informative read. (I didn’t know much about gym or working out until I read it). Your youtube videos helped me a lot with correct form. For an old beginner like me, that was a valuable help. I’ve only just begun, so I haven’t seen great reults so far, except for increased energy levels.
6. I think you could improve it by giving it more of a logical structure. It is a little difficult to know where to begin, in a step by step way.
7. I am a current customer. I took action because I was seeing my belly get bigger and my energy levels sink. Oh yeah – and I wanted to attract the guys/gals!

waoo! i would like to thank u so much, u cant imagine for your program.i actually used see 6pack guys & women from behinde me be like oh my god,he is this & that.when i would look at my self,be honest i felt insecure most especially when such comments came from my girlfriend but now things are different.thank u so much.i salut all your programes
October 14, 2009
1. Not that I know much, but what Ive learned is enough at least for now.
2. The hardest part is dieting… It is difficult to eat the amount i need and in the
right time… Sometimes I just feel so full, but I put the food in anyway. xD
3. I like The Muscle Nerd stuff, some of Sean Nalewanyj, bodybuilding.com
has a few really-damn-hard-to-find non BS articles…
4. Im almost the same weight, lost 5 fat pounds and earned 4lbs of muscle in
4 weeks.
5. Good. Yes. Yes. No BS direct and you share great information that can save
most wannabes from hyperovertrain and spending 3hours in the gym…
6. As it is free, I think you cover more than needed. However I love training
legs, specially calves, and every single program lack of a satisfing cover about
it. Ive researched and gathered a lot of information about it… mostly useless
stuff, but I developed a great method that is working better than any thing
before. If you want to know more just email me.
7. No. I dont have questions because I am sure that your program is one of
the best. The matter is that I cant afford it yet.
Sure you can!

1. I am having trouble really filling out my chest.
2. Building muscle without putting on a ton of fat at the same time.
3. build-muscle-and-burn-fat.com (great articles and content), burnthefatblog.com (great content), youtube (for ‘how to’ videos)
4. The workouts are good, I am just starting them.
5. Biggest benefit (and, possibly biggest drawback) is all of the info. It’s likely everything I need, but I have no idea where to start.
6. Clear, step-by-step, read this first, so this second…
7. No. What is here that I can’t find for free somewhere else? That’s why I really like the two sites in question 3.

Hi Vince,
I’d like to buy the books or kits in building muscle and ways of burning fat, the only issue is that I’ve experienced twice, I’ve paid thru the web-site and I didn’t received the package. So, in as much of my eagerness to avail your truthful technique in having a good physique I’m also promted no to do so.
I’d like to give you thanks, though, because on the mails that you are shooting at me everyday and following what you are demonstrating in the web-page link I have already and seeing some good result in my body.
1. My posture is now getting better.
2. My belly fat is now slowly diminishing
3. My Stamina and Strength is getting better, I can play football without having a feel of I need an oxygen tank to support me. ( I don’t need to suck-up air every minute to keep breathing)
Trust me I’d like to get your product if I’m only in the US or Canada but most of the time web-page paying mode is unsecure.
Sometimes I like the old days in money transaction, a little slow but sure there will be no scammers along the way skim it off away from us.
I’m following evey report of yours, and hopefully next year of March I can show you the body transformation I have from Ab’s ( absolute bad body shape) with one pack to Ab’s with six packs,
More power to you Men…. wish you more sucess Vince god bless you.

Eddie

Right now I am on a 6 weeks training program which includes morning & afternoon training plus diet. It is a slow process due to illness and personal challenges also some injuries that seem to be acting up.I looked at your e-mails it seems very interesting but right now due to finances it would be difficult right now to purchase your products maybe later.

1) Building brute strength and endurance at the same time.
2)I’m a huge fan of loooong cardio sessions. I’d hate to give them up in favor of building muscle, but I’ll do what I need to do.
3)http://www.youtube.com/user/mhanson51#p/a
6)The motivation you talk about of looking good doesn’t do anything for me. I don’t really care what I look like. I’m a volunteer firefighter and the only thing I care about is being strong enough to strap on 60lbs of gear and carry an average American out a window and down a ladder without killing myself or them.
I’m extremely grateful, Vince, for the ongoing emails and resources you provide.
Thank you,

This is so bad I bought this and asked my personal trainer in the gym about it he said most of it every one knows about and the rest is fake details. Waist of money and time
November 21, 2009
1. I don’t know if you have addressed this topic in the kit. I want to know very specific details about supplements (protein powders). What is the difference and advantage of whey protein vs. protein isolate vs.mixed protein source. A head to head comparison of a particular brand (company) called Max Muscle vs Optimum Nutrition products. You often mention that most supplements are bad but you do not go into detail about which ones are good AND WHY? What are the advantages and differences between Branched Chain Amino Acids vs protein powders. Please include a multimedia/animated explanation of how/why these things affect the body.
7. Not yet. I am a big supporter of Max Muscle supplements. I have used them in the past with great success (maybe mental placebo?) and I am beginning an exercise program after six years of not exercising. Does your kit address the topic of supplements in detail? Would you ever recommend Max Muscle products if they are superior to pro/grade products?
November 26, 2009
1. Issues I’m interested in are nutrition and training in general. I want to know more nutrition tips because I think that is where almost everyone fails when training to gain muscle and lose weight. Personally I find it very challenging to maintain a healthy diet. Most of all I want more information directed at College/University students because most information assumes we can spend $400 on food every month and can go to the gym 5 times a week. This is far from the truth. And lastly I would like to see tips for people like me who can’t stand to eat 95% of vegetables (yes they are that bad).
2. I’m in University and nutrition is my biggest problem. I have a meal plan so I eat at the cafe twice a day so I can’t choose exactly what to eat and when. I can’t spend $500 on food a month nor can I eat every 3 hours or get 8 hours sleep constantly.
3. I’m always checking out http://www.grapplearts.com for conditioning and fitness tips as it is geared towards brazilian jiu jitsu.
4. I haven’t used your program yet but I intend to probably purchase it in a few weeks after exams unless I find good free program.
5. I found some of the information either common sense or I had read it elsewhere (I’m talking about the free material only). Don’t get me wrong a lot of stuff was new to me as well and I really appreciate how you keep you in touch with everyone through your blog and emails. The tips are helpful as well.
6. Stop advertising your friends’ programs. It makes it so confusing for someone like me who isn’t sure which program to choose because you are giving mixed feelings when you promote more than 1 program. Especially when it seems you are promoting a new program every week.
7. Questions include: How can I balance my diet when I have a meal plan at a cafe that serves bad food? How can I eat healthy when I hate 95% of vegetables? How can I afford to diet if it is going to cost me $400 a month just to gain a few lbs?

1. Building muscle and dieting down later
2. Getting the right knowledge which includes where to get the right answers which your programs provided
3. Leehayward.com
4. Vince your skinny guy course and then cutting is awesome and is working!!
The only thing that bothers me is the number of times you hit us with the “cheat diet plan” lately. It went way over the top!! You have awesome material PLEASE do not get sidetracked. Simply letting us know it exists and that you support it is enough.
5. Biggest benefit is the right knowledge and your example that you set
6. How about a weekly live chat show like Lee Hayward has? You can talk about your stuff.
7. Yes I am your customer. I liked your material and it was a very fair price. I didn’t have any problem with you asking if I wanted more add ons at an additional cost as this is the way business is done. There is nothing unfair about it!!! If you want extra bells and whistles when you buy a car they don’t give them to you for free ![]()
Feel free to use my comments.
In summary you are AWESOME. Your stuff is AWESOME. But please don’t repeat the cheat diet thing with another product. You are ALL you need!!!
Thanks Vince…keep up the posts.

I have gained 15 pounds in last 5 months but still i dont look bulkier
December 5, 2009
1. What training and/or nutrition issues are you most interested in learning further about?
Training – exercising without a gym
nutrition – How to get enough nutrition on a £150 budget for a family of four without protein powders (I don’t really want to spend $30 extra just for the meal plans as there all i want).
2. What are the biggest muscle building obstacles you face in your current training and nutrition?
Training – training from home
nutrition – same as above, cheaper meal plans without protein powders to come in the first package.
3. What web sites (other than mine) do you regularly visit or read?
http://scoobysworkshop.com
4. Please provide any comments, success stories, or results you’ve obtained from using the Success Kit (or if you haven’t used any yet, how you plan it). Criticisms and suggestions are also welcome:
basically same as above, needing a gym and price, and the valueing of many of the products is WAY off, a metabolic calculator is not worth almost $20, it can be found free online, and there are other like examples.
5. What was your overall impression of my Success Kit? Was it useful? Worth your time? Biggest benefit so far?
It was interesting, I liked the start, but it was awfully un-needingly long.
6. What is the one thing I could have done to improve it?
suggest how much weight to use for the reps (in percentage of 1 rep max)
7. Are you a current customer? If Yes, why did you take action? If No, what questions do you have before you do join?
Looked god basically, so I asked my parents to get me it for b’day.

I am not training regularly. Nevertheless, if I am in a so good shape at 64 years old, if the work I am doing in french post office is amazing so much all my young colleagues, it’s due to the bodybuilding. I wrote an article about in my site of “FACEBOOK”.
When I was young, I was skinny and weak. The bodybuilding made me normal and healthy. But there is always something which discourages me when I have 6 monthes of training and become to be bulky : there is ALWAYS someone, as exit from the shadow, who ask me to do a “iron arm” (is it the right word in english ? : I mean what Stallone did in “over the top” ), and I always loose, in spite of my bulky muscles…and I leave the bodybuilding for some years, and start again until I meet a clone of the guy who asks : I bet I win if I do a iron arm with you!…

1) Well I’m looking on to gain as much mass as possible for now, and then in mid 2010 I’d like to cut down on the fat, but I’m not sure how to do that without losing muscle as well, or much muscle at least. That’s all I’m interested about.
2) There are two pretty big obstacles for me. Firstly, I can’t consume enough calories, basically because time seems to be against me. Well I’m a student, so while I do get to eat and everything, I find it hard to consume at least 3000 calories a day. Currently I’m consuming around 2000-2500 calories daily.
The second obstacle would be, since I have a sweet tooth, giving in to sugar. Well it’s not an addiction, but if it’s right in front of me, I can’t help munching on Subway cookies.
3) I’m on BodyBuilding.com pretty frequently, as well as Lee Hayward’s blog. He’s a savage, he’s a beast
4) The different workouts, information on nutrition and things like from the Success Kit have all increased my knowledge on bodybuilding. The workouts have added variety, so next time it just gives me more ideas when I decide to ’shock’ my muscles or mix up my routine. As for the nutrition part, well we all know how important nutrition is, and Vince emphasising on the correct foods to eat and so on actually does play a part in my gains. I think it’s pretty effective.
5) Overall it was pretty effective, but I think it’s rather hard for me to choose only one which has to be the biggest benefit. The muscle building workouts on YouTube are pretty beneficial, though I haven’t exactly followed every single thing to be honest.
6) I see most of the time you’re talking about things for the skinny people, and the hardgainers and all, and I understand that, since you used to be skinny as well. But I think you could provide more information on fat loss, maybe emphasise on it a little more.
I’m not obese or anything, but I am sort of skinny-fat. My fat seems okay everywhere else, except the stomach. It makes me sort of have an ‘hour-glass’ figure, and no, not the type women have. I have muscles in my arms, chest, back and so on, and a decent V-shaped back, but then when it comes down to the waste and below, it makes me look rather ugly. It also seems a bit complicated for me to lose fat and build muscle at the same time, as you have stated in your Success Kit. Currently, I’m focusing on gaining as much muscle mass as possible, and around mid 2010, maybe earlier like In March or so, I’d start focusing on fat loss. But if anything, I hope you could guide me on issues like this, and the rest of the people that follow your Success Kit.
7) My parents won’t get it for me yet, so that’s the main reason why I haven’t purchased your book, so maybe when they finally permit, hopefully soon, I’d definitely get my copy.
And you would like to use my comments for your marketing? Sure, go ahead, it’s the least I can do to repay you for what you’ve done, for now at least.

Vince, i have been following your program and advise for a year now with great gains. At 57yrs old and with almost a full year under my belt, i went from 130lbs to 155lbs w/18%BF, Biceps were 12″ and now are 14″ and my chest was 38″ and is now 44″ and my neck went from 14″ to 16″ and i feel fantastic for an old fart. My only critisism is that you seem to be catering towards the younger group of bodybuilders, and not delivering anything towards the seniors who still wish to look fit and muscular. I do respect the fact is that you are in business and yes the younger crowd is a good target, but us oldies but goodies are here too. A special thanks for the email reply from you when i wrote about my Trapezous injury, your advise was exactly what i expected from a dedicated guy like yourself. Keep up the good work young man.

i think this is a great program because i´ve been working out for a good time and i´ve gained 6 kilos in 2 months only with the right alimentation (nutriologist) and some protein in poulder, and i got stronger than some biger guys, so i know this is posible the problem is that you can get stucked sometimes and you gotta change your diet and your excercises, there´s some secrets about it… is important, not to do many activities apart of the gym because you´ll waiste your fuel (calories)

1. What training and/or nutrition issues are you most interested in learning further about? I want to maximize my potential as a 56 year old former fat guy who now wants more …. more muscle, more endurance and more muscle (oh I said that …), while continue to lose fat. I want to be at single digit BF by my 57th birthday in August.
2. What are the biggest muscle building obstacles you face in your current training and nutrition? It seems that if I eat anything I gain weight and its not all muscle. I know, protein at every meal and I know what carbs to eat when, but it seems like too much food adn I gain weight (fat). I train with intensity, but I know I can do more.
3. What web sites (other than mine) do you regularly visit or read? Fast Track to Fat Loss; Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle (Inner Circle); Various Jon Benson sites; Joel Marion sites; Christopher Guererrio’s Maximize Your Metabolism.
4. Please provide any comments, success stories, or results you’ve obtained from using the Success Kit (or if you haven’t used any yet, how you plan it). Criticisms and suggestions are also welcome: I have your no Nonesnese Muscle building book, and video series. Just got is and will start using it on Monday January 4.
5. What was your overall impression of my Success Kit? Was it useful? Worth your time? Biggest benefit so far? Just starting, but it fits well with other work I have done and promises to take me to the next level I am seeking.
6. What is the one thing I could have done to improve it? I’m not far enough along in it to make that call, but I promise to let you know.
7. Are you a current customer? If Yes, why did you take action? If No, what questions do you have before you do join? Yes I am. I trust the natural approach and appreciate the no BS on supplements.
May I use your comments in my marketing? YEs

Also would be more convinient.
Other than this love the hardgainers success kit.

1. Losing belly fat.
2. Beer or wine.
3. Craigs, given up on Joel’s as too much BS and attitude.
4. I’ve pushed up my weights and am not afraid to try exercises which are a little different.
5. Joined your email list as I thought I was getting a free 20 video-lessons or something; never received links or anything??
6. What is the one thing I could have done to improve it?
Replied with some links.
Make a watered down version available for those who can’t afford the full $49 monthly outlay for the 2010 product.
7. Are you a current customer? If Yes, why did you take action? If No, what questions do you have before you do join?
As Question 5 & 6, you brought back a lot of stuff Stuart McRobert taught, which I liked. I’m afraid a few of your comments in the last few emails about people unwilling to give you money (as if it’s your right!). I don’t reckon your latest product requiring $588, paid over 12 months, can deliver me value for money on a month by month basis.
I took offense to some of the “I’m due your money, but some idiots won’t buy my program” attitude in the last emails.
May I use your comments in my marketing?
Feel free.
Ken, South Korea.

Well I think the program is great but I do see 1 problem with it. For us who are not great cooks the cooking instructions are not clear enough and detailed enough. Iv been doing the workout but not the nutrition jst because it’s not clear.. Maybe Vince has a more detailed version but. I’m not able to find it? If there is some1 tell me

Whats up Vince, i am currently a customer of maximize your muscle i havnt really seen results yet and im 100% sure its because of my nutrition i try my best to eat what you laid out in the plans but i feel different and i feel postitive about your program!
1.Best foods with muscle building protein
2. Eating an extra 900 calories.
3.Lee Haywards, sebastian Mclean (Naturally Maive), Scoobysworkshop.com, and apperantly yours.
4. i staretd the maximize your muscle program and havnt seen results yet due to my lack in nutrition and because it hasnt even been a week since i started using but i feel extremely postivie about it.
5. I definatly feel its worth my time and i am going to keep on it.
6. Tell us if the VGF25+ Prograde Longevity is a must because i am not taking those 2 supplements. Parents worry and think its bad for my health (which i hate). Since i workout at home i dont have access to the HACK SQUAT machine. Provide substitued exercises for some machines if any.
7. yes, current customer. I took action because my goal is to be bigger stronger ripped shredded before summer june 6 as fast as possible and like you said to stop looking for that 10 and become that 10 so you attract those number 10s. >=)

Hi Vince,
I am 45 got back from Thailand in October, where I drank lots of beer and had a great time. I am 6′2″ and was just hitting 98kg. At the same time I stumbled over Mike Geary’s nutrition 6 pack kit and just blasted into it. I dropped kg’s very quickly and my wife said don’t lose too much weight you will get scrawny, even though I was doing Mikes’ full on work out and eating well. Sarah likes to have something to hug.
I saw one of Mike’s email’s recommending you for muscle bulk, and have found all your info excellent and very generous. I am doing a lot of your work out with Mike’s workout and basically incorporating a lot of core. I am feeling awesome and strong and I decided to purchase your recent MYM program to see what I can be. I am not fussed about bulking up too much, but I have the start of a 6 pack and would like to lose the last layer of body fat and get my shoulders, arms and legs a bit bigger.
I have a good mate who is a big man and I have got him moving and doing weights with me and he is consistantly dropping weight, watching what he eats and I really enjoy introducing some of your workouts to him. He shares your name. Vinnie is feeling great and is a lot less stressed out.
My MYM program arrived in today’s post (Tasmania, Australia) so I look forward to having a look at it tonight. My day involves me doing a massive fruit salad, with home made grenola, yoghurt, linseed etc I will go to the gym this arvo with Vinnie and I will do a a solid hour and be sweating like a dog and feeling great.
Anyway – thanks. Looking forward to MYM.
Cheers,
Rick – Hobart Tasmania

3 .- now only his
4 .- to finish I think I can give you an opinion
5 .- super useful and concrete

2010 I’m seeing and feeling changes in my physique and my health to start with this program, I am losing weight and I will meet my definition I have proposed.
Feeling that he had not had with previous systems, and something more
Of course you can use my opinions for what you need.

thank you for all the hard work you have put into this program

1. What training and/or nutrition issues are you most interested in learning further about?
Mental approach, i.e. following your dreams, sacrificing the less important things in life to achieve fitness goals.
Your NNMB, YSPQ, UDT, 3 day boost, 4 day exteme, 5 day overdrive, Bodyweight, Cardio, Dynamic stretching programs (pretty much all of it)
2. What are the biggest muscle building obstacles you face in your current training and nutrition?
Mental approach, peer pressure (i.e. staying off the booze etc)
3. What web sites (other than mine) do you regularly visit or read?
Jon Benson (a freind of yours) I am doing his RFLB program to shed some body fat. also signed for 7MM & EODD
4. Please provide any comments, success stories, or results you’ve obtained from using the Success Kit (or if you haven’t used any yet, how you plan it). Criticisms and suggestions are also welcome:
Have not started any yet as I am doing Jon’s RFLB (shed 12 pounds in 11 days)to get rid of some excess fat.
I enjoy your members forum, virtual trainer (cool), you-tube links, the weight training program calender (real cool), informative emails about nutrition, supplements, mental focus success stories. I also like the fact you give a personal touch to your programs and emails
5. What was your overall impression of my Success Kit? Was it useful? Worth your time? Biggest benefit so far?
Biggest benifit to me was reading NNMB, that really got me thinking, the mental side of the book was what got me into my groove particularly the part about knowing and doing (without giving to much away) If you lack the motivation I suggest to one and all to read this, as I have said I have not started yet but I am on the start of the journey into total dedication to my fitness quest
6. What is the one thing I could have done to improve it?
I would like to see hard copies of the DVD’s and books available for purchase
7. Are you a current customer? If Yes, why did you take action? If No, what questions do you have before you do join?
Yes joined the NNMB and YSPQ programs, will be starting the UDT training at the end of February, then progress to the 29 week beginners/intermediate plan. I took action because i did not like the way I looked in the mirror, and I want to get fit to be a role model for my three boys

First, I would like to say that my buddy and I have a copy of your book that we have been following when we go to the gym. We have never trained before and are so far liking the program. Only 3 weeks and I can already start to notice a change.
1. What training and/or nutrition issues are you most interested in learning further about? I would like to get a copy of the meal plans. I know the basics of what to eat but I am clueless on exactly how much and of what to eat during the day.
2. What are the biggest muscle building obstacles you face in your current training and nutrition? NUTRITION!! I am a full time college student and I have a part time job. I don’t even have the time to go to more than one party a semester and I am having a hard time planning meals and getting them prepared. On a college budget, it is hard to get everything I need as well.
3. What web sites (other than mine) do you regularly visit or read? Any websites that show how to correctly use a machine or free weight. I am clueless on correct forms to use when weight lifting.
4. Please provide any comments, success stories, or results you’ve obtained from using the Success Kit (or if you haven’t used any yet, how you plan it). Criticisms and suggestions are also welcome: I would like to see demonstrations of correct form for each workout and what something is. (i.e leg raises vs. hip raises and what machine to use) possibly illustrated in your book. My friend only got the book when he ordered it a while back. No meal plans were included.
5. What was your overall impression of my Success Kit? Was it useful? Worth your time? Biggest benefit so far? I see the changes and everything in the book seems like common sense and a no brainier once you read it. I am sure I will be following this advise for years to come.
6. What is the one thing I could have done to improve it? Some of the information in the book was repeated over and over. This might be good to get it into your head but it seems too repetitive. I would like more illustrations on workouts and proper form. I would like an example of a week long meal plan in the book if you sell the 80+ day meal plan at an extra cost.
7. Are you a current customer? If Yes, why did you take action? If No, what questions do you have before you do join? I guess I am a customer for using the book. I took action because I was getting depressed with just being another average Joe and not having excitement in my life. I have not been in a relationship for 3+ years and I would like to have people just notice me when I walk into a classroom. I was out of shape and it actually had an effect on my studies. Now I can think more clearly and I am looking better every day. I thank you for helping me get my foot in the door. As long as I do my part, I think your program will work for me!
February 4, 2010
1. What training and/or nutrition issues are you most interested in learning further about?
I want to learn more about how to gain big muscle and shave off the fat at the same time
2. What are the biggest muscle building obstacles you face in your current training and nutrition?
Resisting from eating unhealthy foods
3. What web sites (other than mine) do you regularly visit or read?
iwantsixpackabs.com
4. Please provide any comments, success stories, or results you’ve obtained from using the Success Kit (or if you haven’t used any yet, how you plan it). Criticisms and suggestions are also welcome:
My results are great i’ve lost about 5% bodyfat in 2 weeks. Your plan is awesome!
5. What was your overall impression of my Success Kit? Was it useful? Worth your time? Biggest benefit so far?
The success kit is great, useful and worth my time. The biggest benefit was i’m seeing results everday
6. What is the one thing I could have done to improve it?
Nothing, it’s absolutely perfect
7. Are you a current customer? If Yes, why did you take action? If No, what questions do you have before you do join?
No, i just need to get the money, then i will be able to
May I use your comments in my marketing?
Of course!
