Where’s Your Nutritional Template?

What could buying a wedding suit have to do with losing body fat?

A lot more than you think.

Especially when it comes to fat loss nutrition.

This July I have three wedding to attend.  I’m going to watch six-pack author Arnel Ricafranca get married July 11th and then going to my girlfriends brothers wedding July 18th and then my cousins wedding July 25th!  And just TODAY another cousin of mine just got engaged!

No pressure eh?

So a few weeks ago I had to go shopping for a new wedding suit (mostly to impress my girlfriend and her family) and discovered some interesting similarities to help you BLAST YOUR FAT FASTER while shopping.

Prior to suit shopping I always believed that creating a custom tailored wedding suit was an extremely complex, ultra expensive and required an overly experienced and skilled tailor. Yet, I found a tailor who made the process SIMPLE.

I discovered that every custom suit begins with a SINGLE TEMPLATE. Over time the and multiple fitting and modifications, eventually the suit becomes exquisitely tailored.

My revelation can be plainly put,
the perfect suit begins as NOTHING
MORE than a one-size-fits all template.

Nutritional perfection (fat loss and muscle building), requires the same.

You need to begin with a simple, basic nutritional template and test it out; tweaking it according to the results you experience, and only you.

Only by beginning here can you arrive at the final destination – a perfect nutrition plan and eventually a perfect body.

There Is NO Magic Diet Plan

That includes our plan too.

As you have learned the past two weeks in our videos, there is no magic diet book or test or “eat right for your blood type” kind of solution.

In our combined twenty years of experience in the nutrition field, the best way you can get your best body ever is to follow a meal plan that is based on concrete nutritional principles plus your own informed trial-and-error.

In other words, you begin with a BASIC NUTRITIONAL PLAN, based on the best nutrition information available, test it and modify the nutritional plan based on if you’re gaining muscle or losing fat.

The problem is that the 90% of the nutrition info available is CONFUSING, CONTRADICTING and CONSUMING.

Which is completely unnecessary and ridiculous.

Getting the perfect body and perfect
meal plan must begin with an ORIGIN

If you’re not prepared to put in some time, effort, discipline and pay attention to a few details, then getting and keeping a rock hard body (forever) may NOT be in the cards for you.

Sorry.

But if you agree that you need a BASIC TEMPLATE that you can begin with from which to depart, a simple “done-for-you” template that start, test and modify (if even necessary).

Today I want to DIRECT YOU to the best FAT LOSS MEAL PLANS I’ve ever seen or used.

I wouldn’t recommend them to you if that were not true.

Today you can get the complete 3-phase system called, “Done-For-You” Fat Loss Meal Plans.

Every caloric amount is included. 84-days of variety for each plan. Grocery lists, delicious recipes and more.

Come on folks…the price is more than fair!
Have you ever been at a personal coach or nutrition coach and had him make such mealplans for you personally…for your personal goals and needs? Well quite obviously not, because some ppl here really dont seem to know the VALUE of the work thats behind such plans -.-
The price is absolutely okay and as for me I’m 100% sure I won’t regret buying the mealplans. So come on, stop whining…this wont get you far, neither in Bodybuilding nor in life.
No offense though, dont wanna be mean or something. Just wanted to make a statement to clarify that Vince, Pat and John arent Santa and his Elves ;-)

Peace buddies

Hey Vince – the value you’ve been giving in your videos and away for free has been outstanding –

If you value your body, $97 is a flash in the pan for high quality info –

If you don’t, don’t expect to get any results – simple as that -

Hi,

I have purchased from the link above and going through the Downloads, it seems that there is no MENS – FAST FAT LOSS MEAL PLAN BUNDLE. There is a link to download this Program, but once downloaded and opened up, it is the Same as the WOMENS – FAST FAT LOSS MEAL PLANS. If this makes sense.

It appears as though both links lead to the same download and as such the Mens Fast Fat Loss isn’t available.

If you could let me know how to get a hold of the Mens Fast Fat Loss I would be grateful. I’ve also tried the contact customer support page, but I keep getting “Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later”.

Thanks,
Nick

@ Adrian: Haha, good one. Neither am I a bank robber nor a millionaire lol. I wish I was man, but I’m pretty far from that.
So the way you argue would imply that if somebody is low on cash he has kind of a godgiven right to get everything for free or at least for far less than it is actually worth?
Man dont get me wrong…If you’re low on cash right now I’m really sorry for you. Have been not really the most solvent guy out there for quite a while myself, so I think I can understand. But the point is that this simply cannot be an argument to expect from others to give away everything for less than it is worth! Theres a lot of work behind this and the price ist totally ok if you consider the effort.

@Daniel the Assasin: Always happy to make other ppl smile :-D

@Kaiser: word!

@Daniel the Assasin – I do not ask ANYTHING for free! I asked a lower price, you know i dont live in america i live in europe and 1 dolar is a good amount of money if you transform it in RONS so imagine 97! I think you should learn that not all the peopole in the entire world are as rich and glorius like a fat american, period

@Raducu Nastase – Got ya, i readed your story on the wining thread, it was hard theyr thouands. Your story is an inspiration for any fat peopole, i liked that a lot i think you should make a video BUT I CAN TELL YOU what was not ok with your story:

- On the beggining it says that you should NOT talk about financiary, and thats exactly what you did!!!

- It also says that you should give a few reasons why the meal plans will help you, you have written nothing about this.

For this reasons you werent chosen, but as you said there Vince should have remeberd what you did for him. SHAME ON YOU VINCE! You do not delete when a client is wining to you!! You should read a “marketing behavior” book really!! Intresting its actualy 47$ congrats!

Thanks Kaiser. Not every body’s eyes and mind are designed to see value. It’s amazing how different people are wired different. Some people see the cup half empty. Some people see the cup half full. Different perspectives. Different results. Thanks for posting.

This is an interesting conversation….

I ll add my two cents (some might think it’s only worth 1 cent :) )

The best investments I’ve made in trainers and coaches have been ones that HURT.

What does that mean?

Making an investment outside of my comfort zone are the decisions that lead to my best results.

Why?

Because more is at stake. More blood is in the game. I can not afford to let my investment go to waste.

Are you with me boys?

I remember when I was broke and hired a business coach for an outstanding amount of money. It became the best decision of my life and has lead to complete freedom. It resulted in a HUGE RISK and opening my mind to figure out WHERE I could get the money from – when I opened my mind, i found my answer.

Lets keep it positive and uplifting in here guys.

This blog has no room for whiners or complainers.

That’s not the environment we want to foster and those are not the people we want to attract.

I want action takers. Doers. Real MEN (and women) who MAN UP (and women up) to the challenges and obstacles that make us better versions of ourselves.

Keep posting away here, I love to read your comments even though i can’t reply to them all.

Neither am I American, nor am I fat, Daniel. But thanks for sharin your narrow minded view on the US population :-D
But some guys here obviously cant stop whining and complaining. If you think the mealplans are too pricy, dont buy them, PERIOD!
But please be so kind and stop cryin’ about it…Im starting to get sick of this.

@Vince: Dont let these complaints get to you, man. The plans are awesome and I dont regret a cent of the money I spent on them. I know most people will feel the same, so keep up the good work, thumbs up :)

Hi, Vince, I have not downloaded the meal plans yet as I was unsure whether they would contain ingredients that can only be purchased in America or if they contain food that is available everywhere. The other thing I wanted to know is if I am cooking something for myself, my husband and my children and we all want to get fitter etc will I have to cook 2 or 3 different meals. In other words are the meal plans “family friendly” ie can I cook the same food but each of us have different portions instead of us all eating something different and if so is this easy to determine from the food plans you provide. Also do you have a version of the book that provides measurements using the metric system rather than the imperial system of measurement – just to save time of course. I look forward to your response.

The menus look like they can be used for the entire family. You would just need to make sure you get the quantity specified by the meal plan. Also, I would suggest using the substitute chart to give variety to the meals. Your family probably wouldn’t appreciate the same meal several days in a row. I know I don’t and consequently use variety.

All ingredients I would imagine are available most countries. I don’t see anything unusual. Of course, if seasonally something isn’t available, again the substitution chart will help you chose something that is.

As a note, the meal plans aren’t etched in stone. You want to keep the p/c/f ratio that the plan calls for. Once you’re familiar with that you can make up a meal, or switch meals around. That’s one thing nice about these meal plans – there IS flexibility!

@Retirementcoach – Hey thanks for your advice.

Tracy

I was thinking about getting these meal plans, but I have a question first. I was looking at the 7 day sampler…and pretty much none of the calories add up correctly. If I were to eat all the food listed on the 1600 calorie plan, it would add up to more like 1800-2000 calories. Even buying really low cal milk and cheese, etc….there’s just no way those days are only 1600 calories.

john barban

July 3, 2009

@Tracy

Hi Tracy,

The meal plans have a variation built into them to account for food substitutions, therefore on the “1600″ plan some days hit 1600 calories right on the button, and some days are high like you said depending on what foods you want to choose off of the substitution guide.
The total listed calories don’t really matter because we have a meal plan selector calculator that will pick the meal plan that works best for your body size. we also have multiple calorie levels offered, if you find one plan is too much you can simple move to a lower plan (but this rarely happens as the calculator will select the correct plan for you)

John

@john barban

Thanks John, but it’s not just one meal, one day that’s higher…most of them are high. So if I chose the 1600 calorie plan, most days I’d be eating closer to 1800 calories. If I wanted that, I would have chosen the 1800 calorie plan. And each “meal/snack” has the total calories listed at the bottom…those are way off. Where are they calculating these totals from? Seems pretty random to me….

I adulation this product! I accept approved added diet programs with poor after-effects and accept begin this to be one of the easiest and a lot of agreeable physique alteration transformations systems on the market!
