		<description>Hi I am nick(have adhd).I live in europe (Belgium). Since I was a little kid I was in to sports. It calmed me down.I always needed a challenge which gave me pleasure. Since 17 years old I trained with weights(no bodybuilding) and had a great definition but was a lightweight(50 - 55 kilo). Life went on. I did several sports (thaibox,boxing,skateboarding)I went to 57.5 (a record).I went working in the harbor and because I overdid myself with work and my sports. I had to rehalibitate and took the time to think my life over.
I decided to start bodybuilding (2 years ago) and quitted my others sports. cause I needed a sport I could keep improving(meanwhile I rehalibitated).I ordered vince his programs and went up to 92.5 kilo then I went on cutting with his program and went to 85 kilo. I was looking great (6 pack but almost no veins) and I knew I could look better)but had problems with attention,low energy levels and my weights dropped down in kilo. I am a lean person (still not six-pack mneh) but that is thanks to my good metabolism , otherwise i would&#039;ve been a fat bastard . I realise that even with my metabolism , this bad habit will kill me someday . 		<description>As a 17 year old young man, trying to gain muscle has been alwayys a goal to achieve to me for many a reasons, the main 2 being lets face it, for the girls and to outdo fellow peers in sport, shallow i know but arent we all. Trainin at my local gym from the age of 15 till 16 1/2, i made little gains and i was not happy with that. I decided to do some research, because training without a plan is like walking with closed eyes. I found out many different possible methods of training, yet the essesntial thing being to gain muscle mass, is to stick to compound movements and use progerssive overload. With a program in place my only problem is my nutrition, as i need to find out how many calories i should consume, and the percentages of protein, carbs and fat that make this up. This i cannot do, because im up to my nose in school work and calculating this would just be time consuming. Nor can i do it in the summer due to commitments for work experience. So vince if you give me a free copy, you will be helping a young man out, who is lookin to increase his muscle, confidence, swagga and get all the chicks. Just what you wanted, when you were my age, so help a dude out.

Trainin at my local gym from the age of 15 till 16 1\/2, i made little gains and i was not happy with that. I decided to do some research, because training without a plan is like walking with closed eyes. I found out many different possible methods of training, yet the essesntial thing being to gain muscle mass, is to stick to compound movements and use progerssive overload. With a program in place my only problem is my nutrition, as i need to find out how many calories i should consume, and the percentages of protein, carbs and fat that make this up. This i cannot do, because im up to my nose in school work and calculating this would just be time consuming. Nor can i do it in the summer due to commitments for work experience. So vince if you give me a free copy, you will be helping a young man out, who is lookin to increase his muscle, confidence, swagga and get all the chicks. 		<description>I won&#039;t just try to butter you guys up to win that is very distasteful..  What I will say is my dad died at 46 from a massive MI and I am 35 now.  I want to be around for my baby girl to see her and my grand kids and enjoy them.  She is 4 now so that is sometime away.  I am a single divorced dad and a firefighter/paramedic.  Being in great shape keeps me,my crew and community safe.  If you have been to a firehouse they eat for taste not health so it becomes your own responsibility.  I&#039;m an ex athelete and it use to be easy so having a meal plan is like 80% of my future success and by the videos I&#039;ve seen it&#039;s firefighter proof as we say.
