  2. The slit is one of the best hip exercises known to mankind. It’s relatively easy to do and you can do it more everywhere. Just stand up, take a step, and bend over as if you were about to propose marriage to a woman. Hold this position for a few seconds, straighten and return your foot to the starting position. Repeat now.

    Once your body gets used to this exercise, add a weight in each hand. This will increase tension on the hip and leg muscles, and ensure that you continue to become stronger.
