In fact, the question of motivation for sports is relevant not only for people for whom sport is a means for self-development but even for professional athletes. Sometimes it is difficult in the morning to get out of bed, not to mention training. But remember once and for all: real success in sports will never be a coincidence of random circumstances, it is a pattern of your will! Personally, I do sports on my own in the university gym, and because of I’m a student, I use it for free. I find workouts on YouTube or in sport-bloggers accounts on Instagram. It is better to spend this money on the professional help of a fitness instructor, so don’t be a couch potato.
