Your meal plans sound great and your videos are pretty helpful and resourceful for me to look back at for new ideas on diet and trainning. Right now I am currently weight trainning and I am considering competing and Im wanting to know if your meal plans would work for me because I pretty much have the trainning part down but nutrition Im not totally to knowledgeable on and was wonder if you could give me some advice on what I could do to improve. anyways I need all the advice and help I can get.

It is said that incorporating good nutrition to a good work-out plan is almost fail-safe into gaining that dream physique, it is true but temptation is all around the corner (the fridge, starbucks, your mom’s cooking) and so meal plans sometimes crash due to lack of will power. Most people would say (in front of the open fridge where a box of Krispy Kreme is at reach) “just this once, I’ll make it up tomorrow”. This attitude if not confronted soon will jeopardize the entire fat loss quest you’re into.
I believe that ACCESS is the main culprit and so should be eradicated immediately (throw all the burgers, fizzy drinks, and cakes out from the fridge so temptation is almost zero).

I have been averaging 1.5 hours per day of stationary bike employing HIIT. I walk 10 miles per day(17 min miles). I also weight train 45 minutes to an hour 5 days per week. Has the amount of calories in the pre and post drinks been factored into these 7 day plans? I’m worried that I might not have enough energy using these plans. I’ve lost 50 lbs so far but need to lose an additional 30 to be healthy again.
How big is one cup?
What about if you are vegetarian…could you make menus up for those who don’t eat meat and eggs? Thanks.
