- This will take 10 -15 minutes to do

I’m joined by Muscle Model Mitch and Bikini Model Skye in today’s workout that was shot in Tampa
Forget about junk sets. What you want to focus on is “quality”, not “quantity”.
2 Exercises. 20 reps. 3 sets = Quick, Efficient, VERY Effective
It’s all about working out SMARTER, not HARDER!
Be sure to pay close attention to the biceps exercise I show you which is a variation I haven’t shown you before. I promise you’ve never worked your arms quite like this before and the pump you’ll be feeling from it is insane.
I’ve been mixing things up a bit lately bringing in some of my super fit friends.
In today’s video, Mitch demonstrates a whole new twist on how to effectively hit your triceps with a bodyweight exercise variation you’ve never seen.

Love your videos, Vince. Like I said, I’m a 66 yr old BB for 5 1/2 yrs now and am addicted to the gym. Been doing the sphinx push-ups since I saw them here earlier on. I’ll try the arm 20 rep arm exercise next gym session.

These would be a great addition when working biceps or triceps. They should worked well when you results have stalled. They will help bring different muscle fibres into play
