This push ups workout is the REAL DEAL. No other push ups workout come close. When you do this push ups workout make sure you stretch after each workout, because you will get really sore and tight if you don’t.

@0:31 – Vince, firstly REALLY regretting not making it happen to meet you when you were in Southhampton, are you ever coming back? My training question is you mentioned doing 50 varied pullups everyday as part of your pre-show prep. Assuming you do these in installments of whatever you can manage, do you push each installments of whatever you can manage, do you push each installment to failure or not or do you try to complete the 50 in a set time, what’s your protocol for the 50 would’ve been a much shorter way to ask…sorry dude!! Such an inspiring guy thank you so much!
