Hi,

The reason for the SOS is because I just started this exercise today and, man, it was easy when I was doing it but now I am feeling discomfort on my lower back. It feels as if some bones have been removed from my lower back and I cannot stand without pushing my pelvis forward. I do not feel ay pain at all, but just discomfort, and it is just at that point, my back, shoulders leg are fine.

Is this supposed to be so, or am I doing the execise wrongly?? If this is how I should be feeling, what can I do to relieve this.

I would be grateful if I coudl know this ASAP so I&#039;d know if I am going to continue tomorrow or maybe I have to change what I am doing.

<p>1) I do not belong to a gym (nor have the money for one), but what I have is 2 dumbbells for a combined max weight of 105 pounds, a pullup bar,  pushup stands, and an exercise ball. Is it even possible for me to do this program? He is talking about deadlifting 100’s of pounds, which I do not have.</p>
<p>2) Is everything I need to know clearly presented in the “Muscle Explosion – 28 Days to Maximum Mass” book or is it like one of those programs where I have to buy one book for the lifting part of the program and another for the diet and another for … (you get my point)?</p>
<p>3) Money back guarantee incase it does not work or it can not be done with limited equipment?</p>
