45 sec rest

B2. Kneeling Rope Extensions
5 sets

45 sec rest

C. Any Machine Shoulder Press
3 sets
2 minutes CTTS
3 min rest

  1. it may have some effects, but wii fit isn’t much to do with wighet loss. It’s more about toning. So don’t worry about it. The real wighet loss comes from eating healthy and running. (cardio0

    I do bodybuilding from last two years
    And give my full efforts in it
    I take protien and steroids
    And also drink pre workout but I can’t see much better results
    I think I am not taking a proper diet
    Can you please suggest me proper diet and also a good workout chart
