A. Straight Arm Cable Pulldowns
5 sets
Reps: 15-12-12-10-(8-8-16)
45 sec rest

B. Hammer Press Rows
5 sets
Reps: 15-12-12-10-(8-8-16)
45 sec rest

C. Pull Ups (with weight)
4 sets
6-8 reps (rest pause)
3 min rest

D. Any Machine Chest Press
3 sets
2 min CTTS
3 min rest

  1. Sir i m 18 years old and a vegetarian . I am 80+ kg bt im little bitt fatty having 15+ biceps 44+ chest having waist 35+ and leg 24+ so could please help me by sending me vegetarian routine and work out that colud help me to gain mucle and loose fats. which colud make in a better size and shape .

  2. There could be a number of reasons why your chest isn’t growing.
    1. Are you in a caloric surplus to grow your chest?
    2. How many times in a week are you training chest?
    3. Are you just pushing the weight up and down not utilizing time under tension?
    4. Are you recovering properly after your workouts?

    There are so many variables that could be preventing you from growing your chest.

  3. my chest is my weak point.its not groiwing.i dont know i am doing wrong or what.but i bech press i do dummble press, flys, cross overs, dips, push ups. Give me few chest exercise splited rule(upper chest,lower chest, middle chest)
