Shoulder Workout: 5 Exercises for Bigger Delts

If your shoulders haven’t grown in awhile, this shoulder workout will do the trick! Here are 5 smarter shoulder exercises for building bigger delts:

A1. Bent Over Cable Raises
4 sets
10-12 reps
2012 tempo
45 sec rest

A2. Standing Side Cable Raises
4 sets
10-12 reps
3020 tempo
45 sec rest

B. Appropriate Military Press
3-5 sets
5 reps
30X0 tempo
3 min rest

C1. Arnold Press
4 sets
10-12 reps
2021 tempo
45 sec rest

C2. Bent Over DB Raises
4 sets
10-12 reps
tempo 30X0
45 sec rest

This style of shoulder workouts is what I’m currently using to prepare for my photo shoot (great for getting ripped while maintaining my muscle mass).

The high volume plus heavy loads will ensure you stay as big as possible while leaning down.
