Here is a shorter version of the video above. I recommend you watch the one above so you can see the “Oatmeal Test” but this one was just shot last week at Elliott Hulse’s Strength Camp Challenge where we linked up.

Today I want you to meet a good buddy of mine, Wade Lightheart.

Now, Wade is a former 3-time all-natural Canadian bodybuilding champion.

But what REALLY impresses me about this guy is that he did ALL this while on a 100% meat-free diet.

That’s pretty much ‘unheard of’ in bodybuilding, and clear proof he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to building muscle.

In fact, Wade’s an expert in what he calls ‘BiOptimization’ — getting your body to make the most of all the nutrients you’re consuming, and how to raise your body to peak performance.

He’s been coaching high performance athletes for years now, and I’ve definitely been learning a lot from him. (Since 2005 in fact, when I was just getting started online)

I recently invited Wade to my gym to share his expert knowledge with my guys.

  2. Maybe it’s just wishful thinking, or maybe it’s a hint that a new game is at least being considered.
    I have such a plan that will engage our youth into making
    wise choices in diet and activities where good liver health will prevail sustaining the correct chemical balance in the blood stream to thwart depression and low self-assurance.
    Hate for unfair laws to support a greedy government is coming to a head with the image of Daniel 2 in the Bible crumbling to be blown away in the wind.

  5. hey guys just want to start by saying im loving all your work. im finding it hard to get hold of masszymes in new zealand, the probiotic is no problem, is there another alternative or will the probiotic do, keep up the good work cheers

  7. Great show! Good stuff..
    And then there’s the whole area of weather or not you can get these biotics naturally through raw fruits, raw vegetables, nuts and seeds etc.. If I had been present I would have asked about natural alternatives to pills in a bottle, indigestion (acid reflux/heart burn) gas etc. I mean I know in the long run if you have the money to blow then great take the easy way pop a couple pills every meal and your good to go but I’m a poor man (financially speaking) so I’m always looking for the cheaper road lol not to mention I bet if there is a viable natural option that is doable and thats the big question is it doable it would probably be better nutritionally. I do believe this is cutting edge stuff which is sad because it’s basic principles when it comes to simulating food into your body but as with other things it’s greatly over looked and under appreciated.

  8. Thanks Paisan, this is interesting, especially for a guy who is starting to feel the effects of aging (46). Personally, I have always believed that the amount of protein that was necessary to covert enough to protein for body builders has been so high because the body is not converting the protein efficiently. Much of it I figured was just going to waste, but it was necessary to consume regardless. Maybe something like this this will help to lessen that burden.

  10. I will definitely be using those Enzymes. I’ve seen on a few of the videos that the more miscle I build the more fat I’ll lose. I’ll be starting your program on Monday morning cardio and afternoon lifting. Any suggestion for me. Can I lift in the morning as well? Or leave it for the afternoon? Thank you.   11. Fantastic video presentation and explanation. Ive never believed in the 1g per pound idea, I just didnt realize why. As for Vince being a backtracker I have this to say: weve all had ideas and opinions that may have been disproven but the main thing would be the correction of this misinformation. Hes always learning and putting up the good stuff for others, no fluff, no nonsense. Everyone needs to keep moving forward not backwards.

    • I think often times when your a public person like Vince you have to answer questions related to the context they were asked. Often times this information is taken out of context and used somewhere else. The media does this all the time. For the most part it has been thought that it’s difficult for vegetarians to build muscle and if you go to many of the vegetarian or raw food communities there’s not a lot of mega muscular guys. However a few years back this started to change with the advent of vegetarian proteins and by the development of muscle building protocols by people such as myself who have chosen that style of life. It’s one of the reason’s Vince asked me to speak about the subject at his muscle camp. He recognizes there’ a difference between an pseudo authority or a peer reviewed journal or a sales page between someone who’s been there and done it. Vince knows his stuff because he finds the balance between science and experience but as someone who speaks to large groups of people he has to generalize on certain topics. It’s the challenge of being a public celebrity.

  18. what enzymes should we buy brand? a bit skeptical about the 1 salad trained hardcore and didn’t eat for 1 or 2 days story, but enzymes are the shit! been taking some need to be more strategic about it
