You train every day of the week? Of course you are not making any gains. Relax man train 3-4 times a week not everyday. Can't optimally recover if you train that frequently.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('6905','Lycan','You train every day of the week?
Marc, I train hard for about an hour everyday. But yet my lean mass hasn't got bigger yet. I train with weights all 5 days of the week and do high-intensity aerobics for 2 days a week. I eat a well balanced diet and I must admit that I smoke. I'm cutting down on it and am planning to quit soon. Everytime I do a leg, quads I can sense the flow of lactic acid rushing in and the next day I experience excruciating pain in my hams, thigh muscles and calves. My biceps have got bigger in my 4 month training and my chest has not got any bigger. Could you recommend me anything? Do I need to tweak my workout?
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('6906','Rajesh','Marc, I train hard for about an hour everyday.
