  3. Echoing the question from Kevin below – I too am wondering if someone over 40 or a novice would benefit from the camp as well or do you need a certain level of fitness first?

    I am now in my 40’s and as a new dad, have basically not been in the gym for a couple years now. In addition to my diminished baseline fitness, I am doubtful about my body’s ability to put on lean muscle due to my age (ie. I am not in my 20’s anymore).

  9. Might just come up from VA and get my butt kicked with everyone in the gym ! We shall see.

    Working out would definitely be nice. However, I am more interested in what i can learn and take away from the muscle camp experience. I have specific questions about my physique and goals. Plus Ryan is going to be there as well so i might get to meet my coach in person !

  10. Anybody close should really attend this. The content is awesome and it will probably be the best workout you every do. Surround by like minded people give you a boost that is difficult to replicated when you get back home.

    I would love to attend but I’m attending a Phil learney seminar.

    i been doing barbell for a long time and would like to start something new on my routine. i am always open minded and saw your video on many muscle camp. i want a opportunity to do this and shock my system in higher muscle growth.

  14. Vince come to Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania got a bunch of guys who love your H Max program. The camp can be held at the areas best gym Danko’s Fitness. I will make sure you are well fed and receive nothing but the best hospitality.

    Sounds like a great camp and I would definitely drive over from Detroit, but unfortunately be in Florida for New Year’s. Mondays are perfect for me to drive in the night before and back home that night. When are you planning your next Camp?

  24. Hey Vince,

    Thanks so much for the invite. I would love to come. I am Ryan’s client on 1 on 1 coaching and have gotten a lot of great tips from him already. However, I am always eager to learn more! My main goals right now are to develop more muscle and strength. In terms of numbers, I want to squat at least 1.9 times my body weight (which would be 285), I want to deadlift at least 2 times my body weight (which would be 300), and I want to bench press at least 1.7 times my body weight (which would be 255). I also want to decrease my body fat percentage to at or below 10%. I believe your cues for initiating tension and intent when training a specific muscle will help me improve both in muscular size and strength in the future. Again, I would love to be a part of the camp. Let me know how to register!
