Squats are one of the most basic exercises, yet SO many people have no clue how to squat properly. In today’s Hypertrophy MAX Muscle Camp, Ben Pakulski will be helping demonstrate squats plus show us an incredible leg workout.

Another topic we will talk about today is your “Active Available Range of Motion”, and how important it is to comply to this. Going out of your active available range of motion will make it much more likely for you to get injured when you’re exercising.
