GROUP 1 – QUADS
A – Squats w/ Chains – 6 reps
B – Lunges – 12 reps
C – Leg Extensions – 25 reps
GROUP 2 – HIPS (Hamstrings, Glutes, Lower Back)
A – Trap Bar Deadlift – 6 reps
B – Glute Ham Raises – 12 reps
C – Heels Elevated Dumbbell Squats – 25 reps
