MUSCLE CAMP #06: How To Get BIGGER Legs (Advanced Leg Workouts for Mass)

I consider this one of the toughest and best leg workouts on the planet because it hits all the muscle fibers in your legs in a very short period of time using a variety of rep ranges.

Here are today’s leg workouts:

GROUP 1 – QUADS

A – Squats w/ Chains – 6 reps
B – Lunges – 12 reps
C – Leg Extensions – 25 reps

GROUP 2 – HIPS (Hamstrings, Glutes, Lower Back)

A – Trap Bar Deadlift – 6 reps
B – Glute Ham Raises – 12 reps
C – Heels Elevated Dumbbell Squats – 25 reps
