Learn how to lose weight fast and get shredded with this barbell complex workout! Barbell complexes are one of the best way to lose belly fat and stay lean year round.

Here is the workout for today:

A1 – Muscle Snatch

A2 – Standing Barbell Good Morning

A3 – Alternating Barbell Lunge

A4 – Snatch Grip Barbell Shoulder Press

A5 – Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift

A6 – Snatch Grip Barbell Rows

A7 – Snatch Grip Deadlifts

Start with 45-65lbs.

Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Every week you repeat this workout try to do more rounds.
