Group 1 – Constant Tension Timed Sets 

Back & Arms

A. Bent over rows 4 x 50sec – 75sec rest
B. Neutral grip chin ups 4 x 40sec – 60sec rest
C. Overhand rows 3 x 40sec – 45sec rest
D. Thick bar scott curls 2 x 50sec – 75sec rest
E. Zottaman curls 2 x 60sec – 30sec rest
F. Low pulley triceps extension 2 x 50sec – 60sec rest
G. Close grip push ups 2 x 60sec – 30sec rest

Group 2 – Constant Tension Timed Sets 

Shoulders & Arms

A. Neutral grip presses (1 and 1/2s) 4 x 50sec – 75sec rest
B. 70 degree prone incline rows 4 x 40sec – 60sec rest
C. 70 degree palms up front raises 3 x 40sec – 45sec rest
D. Offset grip curls 2 x 50sec – 75sec rest
E. Incline cable curls 2 x 60sec – 30sec rest
F. Seated overhead triceps extension 2 x 50sec – 60sec rest
G. Close grip push ups 2 x 60sec – 30sec rest
