Vince DelMonte's Step-by-Step Guide To Blogging

Using Your Experience With The
Vince DelMonte Fitness Program

Hi No Nonsense Marketer,

First of all, I’d like to thank you for trusting me to help you transform your body and for choosing my program as a vehicle to improve your income and lifestyle. Whether you have used my program or not, this report will show you how to make an extra three figures a day or five figures a month by recommending my system to other people over the internet.

Thanks to the power of the internet, there’s currently a new set of people who are able to take more control of their lives by earning an extra income online. I know when I was working my 9-5, an extra hundred or an extra thousand dollars would always be welcomed in my wallet to pay for an unplanned shopping spree, car payment, mortgage payment or vacation

The majority of my profit for No Nonsense Muscle Building (NNMB) comes from marketers like yourself that have tried my system, respect my work, and wish to pass on NNMB to other people that might also benefit from the step-by-step system. These people are called my AFFILIATES.

I owe the success of my personal training business to all of my online and offline affiliates that have ever told someone else about my ab and fat loss system, and for that, I will be forever grateful for their ongoing support.

So for those of you that have already been telling your family and friends about my No Nonsense Muscle Building Program, I wanted to give you a chance to make some extra cash every month recommending my system to other people over the internet.

Please, stop your worrying right there. ;)  This will not cost you a single penny, just your time and a little work. Just like personal fitness, you’ll never see any results unless you’re willing to put in some effort.  Plus, some people are already referring my program, and besides the financial benefit, it seems to help them keep on track with their own fitness goals.

So not only are you getting in shape, but you will be getting paid to tell everyone about it. Seriously!  I’ll show you how in a bit.

Lets start with the basics

What exactly is an Affiliate?

To be technical for a moment, an affiliate; is a person which sends visitors to a vendor’s website in exchange for commissions on any sales made.

Affiliates send visitors to www.vincedelmontefitness.com using their “affiliate link” and if a sale is made during that visit or within SIXTY DAYS of that initial visit, the affiliate receives a commission for their referral.  My referral tracks procrastinators who might visit my site today but not order for a few days or weeks – you still get commission!

To give you an example, if you refer one of your friends or colleagues to the gym you go to and the gym awards you a free month’s membership or a backpack. The difference here is that I will be giving you 75% COMMISSION for sales that come from your referrals. Through extensive research I have found that it’s very difficult to buy birthday presents and pay bills with a backpack. People seem to like the cash idea better.

And that really is how easy it is to make money promoting No Nonsense Muscle Building.

Of course there are some simple instructions you would need to follow but as you’ll see in the rest of this report, literally ANYONE can become a consistent affiliate for No Nonsense Muscle Building.

There are currently a number of people that are making anywhere from 2 to 20 sales a day simply by telling other people about www.vincedelmontefitness.com

And as I offer 75% commissions to my affiliates…

If you sell only ONE $77 package per day for 30 days you will have over $1700 PER MONTH to pad your pockets and take an all inclusive vacation.  This sort of thing is being done everyday by regular people like yourself that are simply talking about what sort of workouts they’ve been doing, their eating habits, and their results, all posted on their blog.  Honestly, to get started, it’s as easy as that.

What is a blog?

I am sure in your travels online you have come across a fair share of blogs, but in any case, I have taken directly from the big daddy of blogs, www.blogger.com for the perfect definition:

A blog is a personal diary. A daily pulpit. A collaborative space. A breaking-news outlet. A collection of links. Your own private thoughts. Memos to the world.

Your blog is whatever you want it to be. There are millions of them, in all shapes and sizes.

In simple terms, a blog is a web site, where you write stuff on an ongoing basis. New stuff shows up at the top, so your visitors can read what's new. Then they comment on it or link to it or email you. Or not.

So in a nutshell there it is, THAT’S what a blog is.  But for the purposes of what I am trying to teach you, a blog will act as your own website.

My most successful affiliates typically post things like their current workouts and gym experiences: eg “Today was great, the squats and deadlifts were rough, but I can tell I’m making progress so it was worth all the effort”

It also helps to add your own personal motivational stories: eg: I saw Julie at the beach today for the first time in months; I wish I had a picture of the look on her face when I took my shirt off.  Boy am I glad I’ve been staying on track with my 84 day meal plans.

… even telling people about your setbacks can be motivating. Your readers like to experience what other people are going through; so they can relate to goal they would like to accomplish or a setback to overcome.  You could be an inspiration to your readers.

As I mentioned, I’ve also seen affiliates use their blogs as their own personal motivation. They keep track of their progress and even use it as a diary to track how far they’ve come and why to keep training.  Before I start explaining how you can get yourself a blog, take a look at mine.

http://vincedelmontefitness.blogspot.com/

vince delmonte blog

I use my blog to tell anyone and everyone exactly what I’m up to and what’s new with NNMB or any other fitness ideas I think my readers would be interested in.  With every blog post it is my goal to provide valuable free content to my readers.  But at the same time I like to use it as an “inside view” to potential customers that are considering signing up for my Muscle Building Program.

Why Do I Recommend Blogging Over Traditional Websites?

That’s easy, blogs are absolutely FREE to set up, and cost ZERO to manage.
Essentially, if you have a computer and internet connection you’re in business.  Its even free to sign up as one of my affiliates.

The search engines are also highly supportive of blogs because “bloggers” (people with blogs) typically have a lot of original content and updates on a regular basis.  Blogging programs like www.Blogger.com is the easiest to set up and is operated by Google.

Every day the Google robots search online to see if your blog has new content.  And the more content you add, eventually your blog will show at the top of the search engines related to abs, fat loss, workouts, fitness and other topics that should ideally be associated with your posts.

By using your “affiliate link” in your blog postings to send website traffic to someone’s webpage (eg. www.vincedelmontefitness.com), if the visitor makes a purchase within 60 Days of that first visit through an affiliate link, you as an affiliate are credited for the sale and awarded 75% commission.

Pretty cool huh?

As you may or may not be aware of, there are 2 packages associated with No Nonsense Muscle Building. The Basic Hard Gainers Success Kit for $77, and the Power Upgrade Package for $107.

The commission for the Basic Success Kit is $57.75
The commission for the Power Upgrade Package is $80.25.

To put that into perspective, if you were to sell only one of each package every week, that’s $138 into your ClickBank account every week and a sweet $552 each month arriving at your door…  in case you haven’t already done the math that’s an extra SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS over the course of a year.

I would love to see all of you doing those sort of figures (at least to get started).  Obviously, its good for my business, but also, I still remember what it felt like when I made my first book sale online and I want to be able to share that with all of you.

So all that’s left now is for me to give you the “how to” portion for running a proper blog as an affiliate and how to technically set up your blog online (don’t worry, its so easy a blind monkey with one arm could do it). If you’ve ever signed up for an email account or Facebook, setting up a blog on www.blogger.com is just as easy, if not easier.

To get some key information for you I read a book by a guy named Rob Benwell who knows his away around blogs.

Here are 4 of Rob’s Blogging Commandments:

#1 Imitate Nature: Don’t try to be the Dr. Phil of the Fitness Industry, just be you.  Online readers are more interested in real-life people that are living the dream instead of preaching the vision.  Just be yourself and share the amazing results you’ve achieved using the No Nonsense System.

IMPORTANT: People buy things from whom they like and trust.  And if you tell your story you will be able to connect with people much more naturally.

#2 Add Some Visitor Value: This could include a number of things. Share some of your nutrition secrets with your readers, or little things you’ve learned while at the gym that has worked for you.  Even posts that are sometimes linked to a related article or a product (i.e. supplements) that has worked for you will be of great value to your readers.

#3 Make It Sticky: Your blog should have people coming back and reading again and again.  There are a number of ways to do this, but the most effective is to offer excellent likable content.  And trust me, everyone is more than capable of doing this

#4 Don’t Forget About Your Blog:
It may sound simple but a lot of people are like this. They get excited and start blogging, but after a couple weeks or a month they stop posting because there were no instant results.  The more you post and the longer your blog is alive, the more visitors you will attract and the more sales you’ll make. Period.

What should you blog (write) about?

That’s easy, blogs are absolutely FREE to set up, and cost ZERO to manage.
Essentially, if you have a computer and internet connection you’re in business.  Its even free to sign up as one of my affiliates.

Blogging is about being in the now. You need to give your readers updated content on a regular basis. Even if your blog is beautifully designed and written, it will fail to keep a visitor’s attention if there’s nothing new to read.

Post your NNMB transformation stories. Talk about your workouts and progress, but as I’ll discuss later, you want to give as much quality new content as you can without also giving away the “meat and potatoes” of the No Nonsense system.

You’ll want to discuss your experiences during your workouts as well, if you’ve been struggling with one exercise and why, what exercises you’ve found most effective; and also mention some aspects about nutrition and supplements and so forth that have worked for you.

I would even highly recommend posting about how this new program has affected other aspects of your life, you can be as personal or as confidential as you feel comfortable with.

Life is in the details: Take the time to present some back story. Blogs aren’t constrained by word length or page requirements, so explain why building muscle or wanting to get into great shape is important to YOU and provide your readers some context.

Consider Your Audience: If you’re selling “six packs” and “fat burning” to overweight and chubby people then put yourself in their shoes. Consider what kind of information they will be searching for.  What kind of content will keep them reading?

Always begin with your reader in mind before you start adding content to you site.  Your goal is to have the reader land on your blog and not want to leave.

If you take this approach then you will do your reader a huge favour and make more money!

Use Your Blog to Promote ONE Product/Niche
This works off the last point. Do not try and sell something to everyone.  You do not want your visitors to feel you they have visited a shopping mall.  You will lose credibility and ultimately a potential sale.

Giving your visitor too many decisions leads then to NO decision.

Choose ONE product to stand by, specific to your target audience, and you will send a strong signal of confidence and trust to your visitor. I would start with a focus on ONE product and once you have developed a relationship with your list then you might start promoting, let’s say, Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training program or Alwyn Cosgrove’s After Burn program or Mike Geary’s Truth about Abs program but if you start promoting all three products at once you’ll use your following very quickly.

Genuine Recommendations and Personal Endorsements Work Best
The best results affiliates get with affiliate marketing are giving open and honest reviews of the product – including both strengths and weaknesses.

Your blog readers come back to your site each day because something resonates with them – they have some sort of trust and respect for your opinion and will take your recommendations very seriously.

Your best bet is to do a Google search on any fat loss or six pack keyword over the course of a few days and look for the websites that are dominating Google Adwords with their presence. Sites that are up for more than a few weeks are making money so study, do not copy, some of the common elements that make a solid review site.

Be brave, honest, and…sexy: Blogging about the sort of things that would have gotten you picked on in grade school can be a great way to set yourself apart from the masses.  Revealing embarrassing incidents and exposing insecurities, emotions, and inappropriate reactions can endear you to your readership.

It’s these things that make us human, so why not tell your readers about it… to a certain degree of course. J If you are unafraid to toss in some real-life issues, your readers will understand that there’s an actual person behind the page, and will appreciate your willingness to let them in.

And as I mentioned, we as “customers” typically buy things from people we like and trust.

EVERYONE has an interesting story; don’t be afraid to tell yours. Give your readers a reason to care.

By sharing your NNMB stories, you can be an inspiration to other people that have been looking for a way to add some serious muscle to their bodies but so far haven’t had any success.

Try to think back before you tried the No Nonsense program.  You may have been online looking for a system that would finally be able to give you the 15, 20 or 30+ pounds of muscle you just couldn’t seem to build.

There are plenty of products out there claiming to be the Holy Grail of muscle building, but you trusted someone that the No Nonsense Muscle Building program was what you needed to reach your goals. Now YOU can be that trusted person helping other people find the answer to help them reach their goals.

Believe me when I say it’s a wonderful feeling to know that you’ve helped someone make an improvement in their lives to overcome what are sometimes years of frustration.
So if you just be yourself then I know you’ll do a great job of attracting your own audience and supporters on the internet.

And think about this: Currently there are over 1 BILLION people online; don’t you think it’s possible for you to find about 1000 people to be interested in what you have to say? And having that audience listening to your stories and your recommendations could stand to provide for you a nice second income.  Not to mention the massive difference you will be making in the lives of those that start using the No Nonsense program.

I don’t expect you to be able to post on your blog everyday, I have plenty of articles and stories you can cut and paste into your blog to keep your information fresh.  I’ve written various articles explaining different workout and muscle building concepts, as well as nutrition and diet tips.

You can find my articles at:
http://www.vincedelmontefitness.com/articles.html

I would suggest if you post these articles that you site me as the author, and include your affiliate link back to www.vincedelmontefitness.com at the end of the article, and also throughout it. These articles have been proven to convert into sales.

How To Help Drive Traffic (visitors) To Your Blog?

The easiest way to start getting visitors is to simply get the word out. By this I mean taking advantage of any of the tools you are currently using in your day to day life interactions with other people, and then using some other methods below.

  • Email
  • Facebook
  • MySpace
  • Google/Yahoo Groups and other Online Forums
  • Submit Your Blog To The Search Engines
  • Add You Tube Videos
  • Add Images, Product Graphics & Banners
  • Add Keyword “Rich” Articles
#1 Email- Once you have a few posts under your belt that you’re proud of, send a mass email to your friends and family notifying them of your blog. You can also add a signature to attach to each email. I suggest something simple like your blog website name under your name.

#2 Facebook – This social networking juggernaut is a great way to get your blog into the eyes of new readers.  In your contact details there is a place for “website,” Here you can list your blog for all of your friends and networks to see.

Also, each time you post an article on your blog, you can cut and paste it into a Facebook note and publish it to your profile.  Make sure to include the address to your blog at the beginning AND end of your note.

You can also create an event to notify your entire friends list about your blog. This will make sure everyone knows you have this blog. I wouldn’t recommend doing this until you’ve written several days of quality content.

If you belong to Facebook Groups that are relevant to your blog, when posting your advice on their “Wall”, remember to add your blog address. (more on Group and Forum below).

#3 MySpace – These strategies are similar to your possibilities with Facebook. List your blog address on your profile, notify your friends, and create notes for your friends and random visitors to see. Remember to ALWAYS include your site address in any note you create.

#4 Google/Yahoo Groups – If you participate in any online forums or groups, you can post a link to your blog in your signature.  I don’t recommend “spamming” just for the sake of marketing your blog. People that are online frequently are used to these types of wasteful contributors, don’t be one of them.

Whenever you have something to say of value in a forum, make sure you have a link to your blog in your signature.

#5 Submit Your Blog To the Search Engines - Google – www.google.com/addurl.html
http://submit.search.yahoo.com

#6 Add You Tube Videos – Use my video coaching lessons or create your own and don’t forget to keep each video revolved around a certain keyword.  For example, if I have a video coaching lesson on on “the abs diet” you’ll want your blog to revolve around this content so you can drop the keyword phrase in multiple times and hyperlink it back to my website with your affiliate ID.

#7 Add Images, Product Graphics & Banners (sometimes) – You’ll notice I add an image on almost 100% of my posts to “bring my blog to life.”  People love unique and inspiring images. But you need to consider where and when you’ll position your banners, images and graphics.

For example, do not slap my book cover right at the top of your blog.  This will scream ‘advertisement’ and might induce a click but there has been no ‘pre-sell’ so the quality of click will be low.

Instead, let's say you post an article on weight training programs then be sure to include the image of that program graphic.  Images are extremely powerful, especially ones that contain DVD’s in the images because people don’t want to read a 200 page book – they want to watch and listen and learn as fast as possible.

#8 Add Keyword “Rich” Articles: - Though I believe telling your story and being a real person in your blog posts are most important, a close second is to consistently post articles that are filled with keywords that are closely associated with NNMB.  Also, throughout the article, it is best to highlight these keywords, linking them back to my www.vincedelmontefitness.com (I’ll show you how to assign website links to words and phrases later on, its very simple).

Go to http://youtube.com/user/VinceDelMonte  and you use the TITLES of my you tube videos as your own titles for your blogs  E.g.

Here are a few keywords I have found effective:

  • build muscle fast
  • muscle and fitness
  • bodybuilding supplements
  • natural bodybuilding
  • how to gain weight
  • weight training routine
  • muscle system
  • huge muscle
  • muscle growth
  • how to gain muscle
  • bodybuilding program
  • muscle building program
  • how to get ripped

Be sure to download my Google Adwords Guide for my complete list of converting keywords so that you can write content around ONE specific key word or key word phrase. You can also brainstorm your own keywords and write articles based on your findings.

When brainstorming new keywords you have to consider what terms people might use to search for a program to help them lose fat and get six pack abs. The best tool for this is http://www.WordTracker.com but I have already found the top converting keywords so take advantage of my efforts and use the keyword list in my Google Adword Guide.

SECRET TO RANKING HIGH IN SEARCH ENGINES:
When writing your post, focus on ONE specific keyword like “how to get ripped” and use this keyword phrase as your title and throughout your blog post with hyperlinks on this word back to my website using your affiliate ID.

Now realize that not every blog post is going to revolve around a word for search engine optimization (SEO) but I suggest that every 2 or 3 blog posts related to a keyword or keyword phrase.  This will not only rank you higher in Google for specific keywords but help keep you focused as you write.

Here are some topics you could write about:

  • Your top 10s – muscle building foods, shake recipes, workout days, exercises etc.  For example, the keyword phrase could be “smoothie recipes” which is a popular phrase on the search engines so throughout your article you drop the word “smoothie recipes” multiple times and ensure that you hyperlink the keyword back to my website with your affiliate ID.
  • A breakdown of your current weight training routine.  Again, your keyword could be “weight training routine” and this is the keyword you drop multiple times in your blog while adding hyperlinks on just this one specific keyword phrase back to my website with your affiliate ID.
  • I highly recommend posting my You Tube videos or your own You Tube videos.  Video is very powerful and since Google owns You Tube they give You Tube videos favour in the search engines.  For example, if you have a video on “how to get huge” then you will want to title your blog “How to get huge” and make sure you have this keyword phrase hyperlinked back to my website multiple times (2-3 minimum) with your affiliate ID.
  • Exercise articles you’ve read recently that you believe would add value for your readers.
  • Your weekly grocery list.
  • Monthly updates on your progress.
  • Favourite equipment at the gym.
  • Your future goals for both gaining muscle (target weight, desired strength etc.)
  • If you are changing your workout routine because you’ve finished a portion of NNMB tell your readers why you’re changing, and what your new routine will look like.
  • How your endurance and overall strength is improving.
  • How you feel after a great workout.
  • Comparisons of your old lifestyle and habits vs. New Lifestyle and Habits.
  • Valuable facts you’ve learned since starting the No Nonsense Program.
  • Your Comments and thoughts on current events and pop. Culture relating to health and fitness.
  • Your opinion on your gym.
  • Persevering muscle through cardio routines.
  • Motivational tips and stories you’ve experience during your training.
  • Other people’s motivational stories that have inspired you.
  • Learning how to eat right and some sacrifices you’ve made for your health (mine is pizza and Chicken wings).
  • Funny anecdotes you’ve seen at your local gym.
  • The reaction your family and friends have when they notice how much you’ve been eating lately and how much muscle you’ve built.

Make sure your blog is not an “ego boost” but revolves around the reader and how they can have what you’re experiencing.

Finally…
How To Set Up Your Blog?

The main types of blogs out there are based on 1 of 3 platforms, Blogger, WordPress, and Movable Type.  The latter two must be set up on a server and you typically have to buy your own domain (website) name as well.  So to make things as easy as possible I will walk you through setting up a www.blogger.com account since as I mentioned before, it’s completely free, and it’s laughably easy to set up.

BLOGGER SET UP

1. Visit www.Blogger.com

Click on the ORANGE arrow to create your new blog.

2. If you do NOT have a Google (Gmail) account you will be asked to Create one.  If you already have an account please enter it here.

When finished click on the CONTINUE arrow at the bottom of the page.

google account and blogging

3. Name Your Blog:

As I am sure is obvious to you, you’re going to want to select a name that has some relevance to what your posts will be and will be simple for readers to remember

For example:

  • BuildBigMusclesFast.blogspot.com
  • HowToGetRipped.blogspot.com
  • FatBurningSecrets.blogspot.com
  • BestMuscleTips.blogspot.com

All of these examples have targeted keywords in the title that may influence a Googler to click on your website over someone else’s because it seems more relevant to what they may have been searching for.

Picking a name may take a little bit of time to find something just right. As thousands of new blogs are activated everyday, the choices for great names can be difficult. I suggest you try to keep it short and relevant – to the reader - if possible.

If you wish to brand your name like I’ve done, having a blog like vincedelmonte.blogspot.com is another way to go.  Many famous publishers and authors use this technique.

Naming your blog

4. Choose your blog template. There are a lot of great options for you, but I recommend selecting a template with a lighter background as they are easier to read from.

Choose a blog template
5. DONE! Like I said, laughably simply.

blog created screenshot

6. Start posting

This can be done in two ways. You can log into Blogger each time you would like to make a post, or you can set-up your Blogger account so that you can post directly from your email.

In this regard, you can post immediately when you’re finished your workouts if you happen to have a Blackberry or PDA.

Immediately after you’ve set up your account you should write your first post. No sense in waiting around, take ACTION!  Introduce yourself to your readers and explain the purpose of your blog.

At minimum you should be posting 3x per week.  Remember, compared to your readers, YOU are the authority on abs and fat loss and the No Nonsense System.  They will look at you as their muscle building “guru” and once you start building connections and relationships with your readers they will listen to, and act on your recommendations.

Suggestion:

• Click on the “Settings” Tab and click through some of the options to set up your blog however you’d like.

For example; if you would like to enabling/disabling comments, or enabling yourself to email your blog posts.

• In your blog description, include your top keywords.

How To Become a No Nonsense
Muscle Building Affiliate

No Nonsense Muscle Building is sold through a website called ClickBank.

Clickbank is a popular online billing and marketing service, specifically designed for the development of affiliate opportunities and is currently the largest distributor of digital information.   www.clickbank.com

As I mentioned earlier, it is absolutely free to become a member of Clickbank and sign up as a No Nonsense Muscle Building Affiliate.

Once you are set up and start selling, ClickBank will send you payments for your sales every 2 weeks. Alternatively, you can also choose to only be paid once you achieve a specific dollar amount.

Signing up for Clickbank

If you’re not yet a member of Clickbank, then this is your first step.  Click on the link below and it will take you to the sign up form.

http://login.clickbank.net/signup/

Fill in the form with all of your details and be sure to pick your Clickbank “nickname” which will be later used to identify you as an affiliate.

When someone purchases NNMB after clicking on your affiliate hoplink, you’ll receive 75% commission on EVERY sale.

How To Create Your Affiliate Hoplink

The current version of the Clickbank hoplink is:

http://nickname.vendor.hop.clickbank.net

Now you simply have to insert the vendor you are promoting and YOUR Clickbank nickname.

For example:
                   Nickname: yourclickbanknickname
                   Vendor name: nononsense

Your Clickbank Affiliate Hoplink would look like this:

http:// yourclickbanknickname.nononsense.hop.clickbank.net/

And that’s it. You’ve just set up your own Clickbank Hoplink. Congratulations.

Each time someone click on YOUR affiliate link and is referred to www.yoursixpackquest.com a small tracking file called a “cookie” is placed on my website by the new visitor you have sent telling Clickbank that visitor is a referral from YOU.

Clickbank uses 60 day cookies, which is GREAT for affiliates. It means if the people you send to www.vincedelmontefitness.com purchase on the day the first visit or if they return anytime within the next 60 days, you will get the commission for that sale.

How To Display Your Hoplink

When you are using your hoplink on your blog, I would suggest that you use a “Display Link” instead of using your affiliate hoplink directly on your blog post.

The reason I HIGHLY recommend doing this, is because studies about online marketing have shown, that just like in the offline world, we do not like “to be sold” to.  And it takes away from the quality content you are providing your reader if they see you as only recommending a product because there is commission involved.

How To Create a Clean and
Professional Looking Link

Blogger makes it so simple for you, you don’t have to know any website coding at all. NONE!

Lets say you want your readers to be able to click on word HERE (as shown below) and be redirected with your affiliate link (http://yourclickbanknickname.nononsense.hop.clickbank.net/)  to the NNMB website.

All you have to do is take your cursor, highlight the word and then click on the button I have circled in RED on the screen below.  This is the HYPERLINK button.  This allows you as a blogger to take ANY word in your post and make it a clickable link for your readers.

blogging link set up

When you select the Hyperlink button the pop up screen that I have pointed to in RED will appear asking you to “Enter a URL”

This is where you will put your affiliate hop link.   And that’s it.
You will be doing this with your eyes closed in literally 5 seconds at a time within your first post. I guarantee it.

I know this is new to many of you, so if you have any questions regarding making hoplinks please do not hesitate to CONTACT ME any time. I’m more than happy to help explain all this weird internet language to you if you’d like. I understand it can be confusing sometimes.

And you’re off….

That’s everything you need to know about Blogging as an Affiliate for the No Nonsense Muscle Building System.

If there is something you feel I have left out, please let me know. And if there are advanced techniques and tips you would like to know about for the next report feel free to email me and I will try to include it for you.

As soon as you get your blog up and running (if not sprinting), send me the link to it as well as your Clickbank Nickname as I would love to be able to congratulate you on your first sale.

Heck, if it’s really good I’ll even tell my list about it.

Remember, if you can make ONE sale, you can make TEN, and if you can make TEN you can make ONE HUNDRED… I think you get the idea.

To your success,
